Soon-to-divorce mother of two suffered head injury/coma after husband pushed her and enquiring on ailmony

The hubby has just send a lawyer letter over to my sis proposing the still-under construction EC to be transferred to my sister but she has to accept a no-alimony divorce offer. They want my sis to agree to the offer by 5pm just now but I told her not to. My sis has been married to him for 10 years with 2 kids age 3 and 7. He pushed my sis and she went into a coma 2 years ago. Though she woke up from a coma after head surgery she is not like before. She has lost her sense of taste and smell and have frequent headaches and have to rely on panadols every other day. She has care and control of the 2 kids but joint custody.
